Excel Maritime's Creditors Get OK To Probe Affiliate

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- Unsecured creditors of Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd. on Tuesday received a New York bankruptcy judge’s go-ahead to subpoena documents from another Greek shipping company controlled by its chairman without the hassle of operating under international discovery law.
