Pa. Justices Take Up Case On Homeowner Warranty Claims

Law360, Philadelphia (October 15, 2013, 5:49 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to consider an appeal of a Superior Court ruling that the right to an implied warranty of habitability is not limited to original purchasers of homes but also extends to second owners.
