5th Circ. Sides With Paralegal In OT Dispute

Law360, Houston (October 16, 2013, 6:29 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit said Friday that a trial court judge miscalculated an award of back pay owed to a former SettlePou PC paralegal after incorrectly determining in a collective action alleging the firm cheated her out of overtime pay that she had worked a "flexible workweek" schedule.
