T-Mobile Late Wages Suit Kicked Back to Calif. State Court

Law360, Los Angeles (October 16, 2013, 9:12 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Wednesday kicked back to state court a class action accusing T-Mobile USA Inc. of illegally delaying some retail employees’ final wages and other state employment law violations, saying T-Mobile failed to show that the case met the requirements for federal jurisdiction.
