Suit Accuses UPS Of Tying Insurance To Shipping

Law360, New York (February 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Thermal Technologies Inc. has accused United Parcel Service Inc. of violating federal antitrust laws by forcing customers to buy insurance coverage from the shipping giant for domestically ground-shipped parcels worth less than $100.
