Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday tossed Seneca Insurance Co.'s suit against its reinsurer for coverage for a wrongful termination dispute the Kentucky Lottery Corp. lost, finding that the loss was less than the $5 million threshold to trigger the reinsurer’s coverage obligations.
