Top NY Court Will Hear Bloomberg's Large-Soda Ban Appeal

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 4:30 PM EDT) -- The New York Court of Appeals on Thursday agreed to hear New York City's appeal of an appellate court ruling that struck down Mayor Michael Bloomberg's attempt to limit the size of sugary drinks available for purchase.
