Apple Likely Allowed To Argue That Samsung Copied IPhone

Law360, San Francisco (October 17, 2013, 9:59 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge indicated Thursday she would likely let Apple Inc. show jurors in its hotly anticipated damages retrial against Samsung Electronics Corp. evidence purportedly showing Samsung copied the iPhone, which Apple says backs its argument that patented features drove consumer demand for the iPhone.
