Insurers' Suit Over $146M Train Crash Settlement Survives

Law360, Los Angeles (October 17, 2013, 10:23 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Thursday rejected Veolia Transportation Inc.'s bid to escape an insurance reimbursement suit over a $146 million train crash settlement, saying allegations that Veolia's negligent supervision of the train's engineer was a cause of the accident could go to trial.
