Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 6:33 PM EDT) -- The president of New Jersey's Senate on Thursday introduced legislation that would grant the state’s Department of Labor and Workforce Development the power to halt construction on public works projects if contractors fail to pay employees prevailing wages.
