Ex-NASA Contractor Can't Stay Iran Embargo Case: 4th Circ.

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A former NASA contractor recently convicted of defrauding the U.S. by providing satellite technology to Iran will not be able to halt the case while he appeals federal prosecutors' claims that he obstructed bankruptcy court proceedings during the scheme, the Fourth Circuit ruled Friday.
