Fla. Court Asks For Clarity On Engle Punitive Damages Issue

Law360, Miami (October 18, 2013, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Friday asked the state's Supreme Court to clarify whether or not members of the landmark Engle class action can seek punitive damages on strict liability and negligence claims in their individual suits against tobacco companies.
