Law360, New York (October 21, 2013, 3:53 PM EDT) -- A Cushman & Wakefield Inc. executive hit her company with a $20 million suit Monday claiming the real estate services giant discriminated against her by paying her less than male co-workers and promoting a far younger man from outside the company to the position of New York tri-state region president.
