Army Contractors Hit With Suit Over Shale Development Deal

Law360, New York (October 21, 2013, 3:43 PM EDT) -- Two government contractors entered into a "corrupt agreement" to deliberately breach a subcontract with ITI Group Corp. and Consolidated Energy Services Global LLC for an alternative energy project at the Fort Knox U.S. Army base, according to a complaint removed to federal court Friday.
