$100M Sony, Beatles Label Antitrust Suit Moves Cross-Country

Law360, Los Angeles (October 21, 2013, 3:59 PM EDT) -- A company that claims Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC and Apple Corps Ltd. conspired to block the release of its documentary on the Beatles' first U.S. concert moved its $100 million antitrust lawsuit to New York federal court Wednesday, filing suit there two months after dropping a near-identical suit in California.
