NJ High Court Nixes $5M Award In Borough's Zoning Battle

Law360, New York (October 21, 2013, 3:37 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Monday reversed a jury’s $5.25 million condemnation award against the Borough of Saddle River for taking a 2.13-acre parcel by eminent domain, saying the jury shouldn’t have been allowed to consider speculative evidence on zoning changes.
