Miami High-Rise Builder Sued Over Falling Debris

Law360, Miami (October 21, 2013, 6:56 PM EDT) -- A Florida property owner on Friday sued the builder of 1100 Millecento, a luxury high-rise condominium in Miami's downtown Brickell neighborhood, saying the construction was trespassing on its property and raining debris onto the building.
