Ford Seeks To Ax Firm's Suit Over Taurus Navigation System

Law360, San Francisco (October 21, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. urged a California federal judge Monday to toss a law firm's claims that Ford should recall thousands of 2013 Tauruses for failing to include voice-activated navigation systems, arguing that the firm didn't purchase the optional system in its model and therefore doesn't have a plausible claim.
