Lady Gaga Settles Ex-Assistant's Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (October 21, 2013, 6:54 PM EDT) -- Lady Gaga and her former personal assistant buried the hatchet in their overtime litigation on Monday, dismissing plaintiff Jennifer O'Neill's claims that the singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, demanded O'Neill be available around the clock to serve her.

There were few details of the dismissal of the federal lawsuit in New York City. A one-page agreement said the claims were dismissed with prejudice and that the court retained jurisdiction for the purpose of enforcing a settlement. Requests for comment from counsel were not immediately...
