Ex-Penn State Prez Seeks Stay In Libel Suit Against Freeh

Law360, Philadelphia (October 22, 2013, 1:30 PM EDT) -- Former Pennsylvania State University president Graham B. Spanier asked a Pennsylvania state judge on Monday to stay his libel case against former FBI director Louis Freeh until the conclusion of his criminal trial, claiming that he would be prejudiced by fighting both battles simultaneously.
