Law360, Chicago (October 22, 2013, 2:11 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday threw a former successful infomercial salesman in jail for contempt, refusing to believe that he is not hiding assets that could be put toward a $37.6 million judgment that the Federal Trade Commission won against him for repeatedly making spurious claims about his weight loss book and other products.
