Goldman To Pay Ex-Programmer's Legal Fees In Criminal Suit

Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 3:41 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge Tuesday ordered Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to pay a former programmer’s legal fees in an ongoing New York state criminal case alleging the programmer stole the firm's computer codes, but said he needed more time to rule on the fees stemming from the programmer’s federal criminal case.
