Orbital Using Antitrust Law To 'Free-Ride,' Lockheed Says

Law360, Washington (October 22, 2013, 5:38 PM EDT) -- A joint venture between Lockheed Martin Corp. and The Boeing Co. that produces rocket engines for the U.S. government asked a Virginia federal court on Tuesday to toss rival Orbital Sciences Corp.'s antitrust case, saying it's using the lawsuit to try to “free-ride” on the venture's success.
