According to the flash drive manufacturer, the memory chip supplier misrepresented the quality of the chips in interstate emails and telephone communications. The former customer alleges that as a result of the fraudulent behavior, it produced subpar flash drives that were rejected by purchasers, causing it significant financial losses.
