Circus Operator Seeks $25M For 'Frivolous' Abuse Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 22, 2013, 9:17 PM EDT) -- The operator of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus is asking the D.C. federal court to grant it $25 million in attorneys' fees and to issue a $134,000 sanction against attorney Katherine Meyer and her law firm, calling their 13-year suit “frivolous and vexatious.”
