Law360, New York (October 22, 2013, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A former programmer at Bernie Madoff’s investment firm disclosed that Madoff asked him to help doctor investment statements, offering him money after he expressed misgivings over the request, an executive from the consulting firm winding down Madoff’s securities firm told a jury Tuesday.
