Spotlight On The New US Cybersecurity Plan

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 12:02 AM EDT) -- On Oct. 22, 2013, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) released its preliminary cybersecurity framework to help owners and operators of critical infrastructure manage cyber-risk. The framework stems from President Obama’s Executive Order 13636 on cybersecurity, issued earlier this year.
