Icon's 2nd Suit Tossed In Specialized Bicycle Seat Patent Row

Law360, Los Angeles (October 23, 2013, 4:17 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday threw out the second lawsuit brought by Icon-IP Pty Ltd. against Specialized Bicycle Components Inc. over infringement of two patents related to bicycle seats, refusing to give Icon a “second bite at the apple” by permitting the action to proceed.
