Army Hit With $5M Suit For Freezing 'Top Secret' Patent

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 4:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Army has illegally declared “top secret” a patent application for a mysterious acoustic wave propagation machine, effectively barring its inventor from talking about the patent or moving forward with the application, according to a $5 million suit filed Wednesday.
