Aurora Sues Colo. Hotels For Blocking $824M Resort

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 4:29 PM EDT) -- The city of Aurora and two Colorado agencies filed a countersuit in state court Wednesday, alleging tortious interference against a group of hotels that have been fighting to stop the tax incentives earmarked for an $824 million resort project.
