Cancer Testing Co. Can't Kill Medicare Overbilling Suit

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal court on Monday refused to dismiss the majority of two whistleblowers' False Claims Act lawsuit claiming cancer diagnostic company Caris Life Sciences Inc. systematically overcharged Medicare for its services, but agreed to toss one claim of violating federal anti-kickback law.
