Tech Dependence Could Jeopardize Contracts, Military Says

Law360, Washington (October 23, 2013, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Top brass voiced concern on Wednesday that U.S. military services have become overreliant on technology and have neglected their troops' combat readiness and training, which could mean bad news for tech contractors as dwindling budgets force leaders to consider which will take a harder hit.
