Oracle Puts Up $400M For Sales Automation Co. BigMachines

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 5:11 PM EDT) -- California tech giant Oracle Corp. on Wednesday breathed new life into a two-year buyout blitz when it announced plans to acquire venture-backed BigMachines, a sales automation company that will flesh out its cloud-computing offerings, in a deal reportedly worth $400 million.
