MGT Capital's Slot Machine Patent Suit Gets Split

Law360, New York (October 24, 2013, 1:45 PM EDT) -- A Mississippi federal court on Wednesday severed MGT Capital Investment Inc.'s gaming subsidiary's slot machine patent infringement suit against Caesars Entertainment Corp., MGM Resorts International Inc. and others, but denied the defendants' request to toss the whole case.
