Apple Gets Expert Report Excluded From IPhone IP Case

Law360, New York (October 24, 2013, 4:59 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday rejected one of two consumer surveys that NetAirus Technologies LLC sought to enter as evidence in its suit alleging Apple Inc.’s iPhone infringed a patent for wireless handset communications, saying the survey results were unreliable.
