Texas High Court Strikes Atty Fee Award Due To Lack Of Docs

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 4:20 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday reversed a court of appeals’ judgment affirming reformed attorneys’ fees for defendants who won an eminent domain case against the city of Laredo, saying they lacked sufficient proof to support their awarded fees.
