Cuban Takes Parting Shot At Ex-SEC Enforcement Chief

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 4:28 PM EDT) -- Fresh off his victory in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission insider trading trial, Mark Cuban published a blog post Friday criticizing former SEC enforcement chief Linda Thomsen over an internal 2007 email in which she referred to unflattering photographs of the Dallas Mavericks owner as “charming.”
