Law360, Washington (October 28, 2013, 4:35 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday refused to hold an emergency conference to prevent Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC and Apple Corps Ltd. from circumventing a $100 million antitrust suit filed against them for blocking the release of a Beatles documentary, telling the plaintiff to follow court procedure.
