UK Hacker Indicted In US For Stealing Army, NASA Data

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 1:39 PM EDT) -- An alleged U.K. hacker has been indicted for hacking into databases of the U.S. Army, the Missile Defense Agency, the Environmental Protection Agency and NASA and stealing “massive” quantities of confidential information, the New Jersey U.S. Attorney’s Office said Monday.

Lauri Love, 28, of Stradishall, England, has been charged with one count of accessing a U.S. department or agency computer without authorization and one count of conspiracy for allegedly breaching thousands of computer systems in the U.S. and elsewhere, resulting in millions of dollars of losses...
