ACLU Asks Judge To Halt NSA's Verizon Data Collection

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 7:50 PM EDT) -- The American Civil Liberties Union urged a New York federal judge Friday to shut down the National Security Agency's collection of Verizon Communications Inc. subscriber records, while the federal government said the program was legal.
