Defense Contractors Pay $1M To Settle WARN Act Suit

Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 7:03 PM EDT) -- Defense contractors DSE Inc. and Amtec Defense Corp. will pay $1 million to a group of fired workers to end a class action alleging they were not properly notified of their impending termination, according to court documents filed Friday in Florida federal court.
