Law360, New York (October 28, 2013, 6:56 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Monday ruled the City of Ocean City, N.J., must compensate two couples whose beachfront views were impeded by sand dunes erected by the city, while affirming that Ocean City has no contractual obligation to maintain the dunes.
