Infomercial Star Out Of Jail After Denying Assets Under Oath

Law360, Chicago (October 28, 2013, 6:16 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge agreed to release infomercial salesman Kevin Trudeau from jail Monday, but only after the TV pitchman reiterated — this time under oath — that he is not hiding any assets that could be put toward a $37.6 million Federal Trade Commission judgment.
