Baby Carrier Maker Hit With Suit Over Misleading Marketing

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 4:17 PM EDT) -- The Ergobaby Carrier Inc. was hit Monday with a proposed class action over a baby carrier product that the company allegedly markets as usable from a baby's birth but in reality requires an additional insert in order to carry a child under 12 pounds.
