NY Post Newsroom Was 'Sexually Charged,' Judge Says

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 4:35 PM EDT) -- A former associate editor's sex and race discrimination case against the New York Post and its editor-in-chief Col Allan can go forward, a New York federal judge ruled Monday, saying the plaintiff had provided evidence of a “sexually charged environment” permeating the tabloid's newsroom.
