NYC's Public Housing Lease Plan Suit Premature, Atty Says

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 2:52 PM EDT) -- A New York City Housing Authority attorney told a Manhattan state judge Tuesday that it's too soon for public housing tenants to challenge its efforts to lease land to private developers, but the tenants argued that the housing atuthority is trying to rush through the plan while Michael Bloomberg is still mayor.
