Revived Cert. Bid In Volvo Engine Defect Suit Blocked

Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A North Carolina judge on Tuesday denied renewed efforts to secure class certification in a suit accusing two Volvo Group units of concealing engine defects, saying the plaintiffs had ignored court instructions allowing them to pursue only limited statewide classes.
