Miami Woman Seeks To Block Waterfront Lease Referendum

Law360, Miami (October 29, 2013, 7:20 PM EDT) -- A Miami woman filed suit in Florida state court Thursday aiming to block a public referendum on a lease agreement the city reached with a developer to revamp a waterfront property in Coconut Grove, claiming officials have not adhered to requirements in the city charter.
