Law360, New York (October 29, 2013, 7:50 PM EDT) -- A developer in a joint venture that owns and operates a hotel on Miami Beach and a shopping center in Palm Beach County, Fla., sought to dissolve the relationship in state court last week because the partners allegedly breached their fiduciary duty.
