Pizza Hut Computer Techs Win Class Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 5:51 PM EDT) -- A group of computer technicians won class certification Tuesday in a Kansas federal court Fair Labor Standards Act case accusing NPC International Inc. — a major owner of Wendy’s, Pizza Hut and Wing Street franchises — of failing to pay full-time computer technicians for overtime.
